Sniffer Archaelogy

Added more items to their loot table, while not discounting from the vanilla functionality.

The way that this feature is set up makes it so that while digging up a Cobblemon item, Sniffers also have a 60% chance to simultaneously dig up either Torchflower Seeds or Pitcher Pods, as to not make the vanilla drops unnecessarily rare.
